Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure all construction and development projects meet the highest standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures, policies, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality control, preferably within construction or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing QC teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QC tools, software, and reporting systems.
