JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Senior Quality Manager. As a key player in enhancing the delivery of Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is dedicated to high-quality standards and excellence in service.
In this role, the Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and enforcing quality management procedures, ensuring that all project activities comply with the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for ongoing and future projects
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes, conducting inspections, audits, and assessments
- Collaborate with project teams to identify non-conformance issues and coordinate resolutions
- Engage with contractors and stakeholders to uphold quality standards and expectations
- Provide mentorship and training on quality management principles to team members
- Review and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or other relevant discipline
- 15 years of experience in quality management within the construction sector, experience in GCC preferred
- Strong background in managing complex civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in quality management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence others
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Saudi Arabia as needed
