Senior Quanitity Surveyor

We are looking for aSenior Quantity Surveyor in Dubai, UAE. The QS will be responsible for day-to-day task such as assisting and establishing client requirements (RFI), preparing tender and contract documents including BOQ

Job Description

Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills

BOQ preparation and Quantity Take off

Experience using QS software like Auto CAD and Microsoft excel

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Must have UAE working experience

Good organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

Experience in interior fit-out projects is a plus
