Possess the knowledge and able to coordinate with relevant Consultants and In house Main Contractor team for below task:
- Feasibility study
- Value Engineer
- Budget and cash flow control
- Contract administration
- Timeline monitoring for QS related matters
- Tender & Award process
- Financial report
- Variation Order control
- Post contract QS matter assessment
- Final Account, ditto.
- Having work experience in Consultant and Developer firm
Got related work experience in Consultant and Developer firm would be an added advantage.
