Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Sabbour Consulting in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate cost projections and effective budget management.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• +6 Years of experience in creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning
• Strong proficiency in quantity surveying and cost estimation
• Knowledge of construction cost control techniques and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification or affiliation with relevant industry bodies is a plus
