- Primary Responsibilities:
Generate new property listings and engage potential buyers or tenants across various platforms.
- Facilitate leasing or selling transactions by interacting with property owners.
Identify and register new landlords/sellers through cold calling and inquiries.- Conduct property viewings, register clients, and match them with suitable properties.
Promote the brokerage through networking, marketing efforts, and provision of real estate services.
- Offer clients information on legal guidelines, rates, property specifications, and availability.
Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure mutual satisfaction.- Draft sales and purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Minimum 2-4 year experience in Real Estate.- Demonstrated self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
Ability to thrive in a diverse environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge exchange.
Positive demeanor with strong analytical and communication skills.
Marketing exposure on prominent property portals in Dubai/UAE.
50% Commission structure.
