About the job :

A Senior Real Estate Consultant is an experienced professional who guides clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate. They provide market expertise, negotiation skills, and legal compliance to ensure successful transactions.

Duties

• Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Research and evaluate properties.
• List properties for sale or lease and create marketing materials.
• Represent clients in negotiations.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulations.
• Provide financial advice and legal compliance.
• Network with industry professionals.
• Oversee transactions from contract to closing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 years of real estate experience.
• Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills ( Expertise with 3 or more areas)
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Intermediate English
• A private vehicle is a plus
