Position: Senior Real Estate Agent
- Location: Beyond Real Estate-Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi mall.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Arabic and English languages are required.
Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies through social media.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct marketing analysis to determine property value and provide guidance to clients.- Negotiate and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Update all your active and potential leads on CRM on daily basis with your follow up.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to management- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
