Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and the broader Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization.

What will you do

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
• onboarding candidates for various positions, across the MEA region
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and MEA job markets to identify and attract high quality candidates, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry contacts,
• association memberships, and employee referrals.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand to attract top talent.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

What skills required

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Saudi Arabian and MEA markets.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian and MEA job markets and employment trends.
• Proven experience in international recruitment within the Middle East and Africa region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
