Job Scope:
- Supporting in the Vacancies inquiries.
- Scheduling Interviews.
- Screenings CVs.
- Posting Job Ads on our sourcing channels.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 Years of Experience in Recruitment field.
- Experience in HR Outsourcing companies is preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Real Estate experience is preferred
Work Conditions:
- Working hours: 7 Working Hours
- Fridays and Saturdays are off
