Senior Recruitment Consultant - Working direct with the founder to build a new desk - Uncapped Earnings
SYNC - https://wearesync.xyz is looking for talented, ambitious, experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is a pioneering position within our company, focusing on servicing our clients in the Trading, Fintech, and Crypto industries. We are seeking individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of establishing and expanding our presence in these dynamic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Quant, Fintech, and Crypto markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Recruitment Excellence: Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefing through to candidate placement. Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to both clients and candidates.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitive landscape to offer informed advice to both clients and candidates.
- Team Contribution: As one of the initial members of our Dubai office, contribute to the growth and culture of the team. Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, with a strong track record of business development and client management.
- Experience within the Finance, Fintech, or Crypto sectors is highly preferred.
- Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of motivation and self-direction.
