This exciting role offers the successful candidate to help build our Riyadh entity from the ground up.
Scope:
- Working on high commitment, high-value consulting roles across KSA.
- Harvesting existing relationships to their maximum potential
- Homing in on key geographies and key sub-markets within the strategy and management consulting arena.
- Working with the current database to see whom we have in this space
- Working with the current team to understand more about what we have delivered in this space and what they see as the current market trends
- Working with the existing team for delivery initially and once established relationships have been formed, very quickly hire and build your own team to service these accounts
Requirements:
- Ability to build relationships with key business stakeholders
- Full 360 role, which will involve signing up new relationships, negotiating terms, and being self-sufficient in delivery, whilst also being able to leverage an already existing team to support delivery in this space
- Proven experience in building and growing a team
- Proven experience in Learning and Development for green talent

The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Ability to build client relationships
- Adapt delivery management to cater to the clients needs
- Leadership skills with the desire to become a senior member of the team
- Excellent time management
- Effective organisation skills
- Self-starter mentality
- Personality is key in this business, so it is essential that you are able to build rapport easily with candidates and clients
- Entrepreneurial flair as this is a place where you will have to work smart with no micromanagement
- Fluent in English with Arabic being very advantageous
