The Role:
Providing general recruitment support to the HR Department in Recruitment & To ensure timely completion of pre-requirements of recruited candidates, coordinate several interview schedules.
Responsibilities
Definitive -
1. Support the Recruitment by coordinating with the department or hiring Managers.
2. Handle recruitment inquiries.
3. Source candidates.
4. Maintain recruitment database.
5. Prepare recruitment reports.
6. Conduct preliminary documentation/ pre-assessment of candidates.
7. Handle pre-employment processes.
8. Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, fi ling, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures.
9. Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the HR unit if needed.
10. Support onboarding and induction.
11. Facilitates HR development fund initiatives e.g. Coop, Training (OJT), Tamheer etc.
12. Ad-hoc tasks from Recruitment Manager.
Technical - Functional Requirements
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Arabic)
2. Good in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
3. Recruitment Market Knowledge
Education and Certifications
Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration, Psychology preferred.
Experiences Required
3 years of experience in recruitment.
