Job Description
As a Guest Relations he/she is responsible to serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

2-5 years in sales preferred at Real Estate Industry field.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules.
Support admin for any inquiry needed.
Receive and report on all sales leads.
Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
Ensure that the front entrances of the building, reception and meeting rooms are clean and presentable.
Greet and welcome visitors to the Offices, e informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
Customer Service, via phone and email, relating to delivery, invoicing and stock availability.
