Job Responsibilities:- Prepare Reservation Contracts to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Efficiently prepare and bind Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs) to facilitate property sales.
- Monitor the delivery and collection of SPAs through courier services, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Maintain a systematic filing and tracking system for all SPAs, monitoring their statuses diligently.
- Oversee and report on the current status of inventory, contributing to efficient inventory management.
- Update and manage payment plan changes in our system to ensure accurate financial records.
- Undertake any necessary ad hoc administrative duties as required, showcasing your versatility.
- Desired Skills & Expertise:
- Previous experience in sales administration within UAE Developers
is highly advantageous and preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, admin, customer service, Documentation (SPA, EOI, KYC and RF)
-related roles, that provides the necessary skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English & Arabic, enabling effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preferably, experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute or greater, demonstrating your efficiency in administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer software, highlighting your technical aptitude.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities concurrently.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
