Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Advisor to join the growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end sales, particularly in financial services, real estate, or related industries, and a deep understanding of the investment immigration sector. This role is essential in driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, and contributing to the firm's mission to provide world-class citizenship and residency solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) seeking second citizenship or residency through investment programs.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide expert guidance to clients on various citizenship-by-investment and residency-by-investment programs, tailoring solutions to clients personal and financial goals.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Keep abreast of global immigration trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes within the citizenship and residency market.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry partners, legal advisors, and government authorities involved in the investment immigration process.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring high conversion rates and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless and successful client outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the financial services, real estate, or immigration advisory sectors or Retail.
  • Strong knowledge of investment immigration programs (e.g., Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with top-tier clients.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
