Senior Sales Consultant - Indoor / Outdoor
The Senior Sales Consultant plays a critical role in selling software, mobile applications, and websites, both indoors and outdoors. This position is pivotal in driving revenue, building customer relationships, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive selling, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase software, mobile applications, and websites
- Provide consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement compelling sales campaigns
- Regularly update CRM system with client interactions, leads, and sales opportunities
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors offerings
- Provide after-sales support, maintain client relationships, and seek opportunities for upselling
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management
- Travel to client locations to present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build rapport face-to-face
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback for product enhancements
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling software, mobile applications, or web solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
