Yemnak Management Consultancy L.L.C. is a consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi and expanding to K.S.A.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Account Manager at Yemnak. As an Account Manager, your primary objective is to generate leads and promote Yemnak in K.S.A. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also be involved in providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience and expertise in Lead Generation is a must
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proactive and self-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in sales and business development is mandatory
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages is required
