Responsibilities
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Explain technical product or service information to customers.
- Explain financial information to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Set installation and delivery schedule
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Follow up on quotations and client payment
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain sales forecasting reports.
- Share sales-related or market information with colleagues.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in (architecture - fine arts - applied arts) only
- Experience: 3 years of Sales.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling our products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Ability to make technical reports for other teams.
- To be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Excellent communication ability to understand exactly what type of design the client is looking for.
- Identify potential customers.
- Communicate with different departments.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong knowledge of the ERP System - Auto Cad - Sketch UP.
