Our client is a premier system integrator specializing in AV, Data Center, and ELV solutions, and seeks an experienced Senior Sales Engineer. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in our core areas, coupled with exceptional sales skills and an established network in the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AV, Data Center, and ELV sectors in the UAE.
-Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients for market expansion.
2. Sales Strategy:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets.
-Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
3. Client Management:
-Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client needs.
4. Technical Expertise:
-Offer technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
-Stay updated on advancements in AV, Data Centers, and ELV systems.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
-Coordinate with technical and project management teams for successful project delivery.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of sales experience in AV, Data Centers, or ELV systems.
-Extensive network and contacts within the UAE market.
Required Skills:
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Independent and team-oriented work approach.
-Proficient in English; Arabic language is a plus.
