Job Description
1. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and market trends.
4. Coordinate property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
5. Advise clients on pricing strategies, financing options, and legal requirements.
6. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers and lawyers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
8. Mentor junior agents and provide guidance on complex transactions.
9. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
10. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the real estate agency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
. Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least [2] years of experience.
. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
. Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends and property laws.
. Must be familiar with the areas of New Cairo & New Capital and North coat .
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
