Nile ICT is hiring a Senior Sales Executive with expertise in IT systems (Low current, IT Infrastructure, Network Security, Data Networks). We're seeking dynamic individuals with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships
Responsibilities
- Client Development: Establish new customer accounts by identifying prospects, planning, and conducting sales calls through various channels (in-person, calls, emails).
- Account Management: Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales account targets in line with company objectives. Monitor sales metrics and report on account and transaction status.
- Business Growth: Develop new business opportunities through strategic plans and identify opportunities for growth by cross-selling and up-selling.
- Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate and close deals with both new and existing clients.
- Client Engagement: Conduct client site surveys to understand project scopes and map IT solutions (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid) to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience 5-8 years in IT systems sales.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets for IT systems.
- Proficiency in door-to-door sales/presales strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
