Job Description
World2Door is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Growth Manager to accelerate our growth and expansion in the relocation services vertical in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the international/ domestic relocation industry, along with strong networking skills and a drive for achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Target B2B (corporates) and B2C (end customer) customers needing relocation services.
- Actively engage in demand generation, pricing quotations, and deal closures, both independently and through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration in the relocation services segment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to generate demand among potential customers relocating internationally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and service improvements.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to the management team.
- Represent World2Door at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the international relocation industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Track record of successfully managing corporate customers and closing deals in a sales environment is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
