- 3-4 years of proven experience in sales operations, specifically in managing large inventory deals with an existing trade network.
- Demonstrated ability to handle bulk inventory sales efficiently and effectively.
- Enthusiastic about sales, negotiations, and meeting stakeholders regularly. Should thrive on engaging with partners and driving successful deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to create compelling content and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to conduct data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Analytics to measure and optimize sales performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing and sales strategies.
- UAE Driving license to facilitate client visits and market outreach.
