Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to meet their real estate needs.
  • Market Analysis: Provide insights into market trends and investment opportunities, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing expertise to elevate the team's performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, with a proven track record of high-value sales and revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and investment potential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at working both independently and as part of a team.
