Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client value and profitability
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on client performance and progress to senior management
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all client interactions and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry
- Strong network of contacts within the industry and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and analyze complex financial products and market conditions
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
