Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at NoVi Designs & Finishing in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Architectural & Interior design industry is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office
