We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead ServiceNow sales efforts within the energy sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, strong sales acumen, and extensive knowledge of the energy industry. This role involves driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsabilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth for ServiceNow solutions in the energy sector
- Identify market trends and customer needs to create customized sales pitches and solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers in the energy industry
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and how ServiceNow can address them
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression and accurate forecasting
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing deals
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical consultants, and delivery teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation
- Partner with global ServiceNow teams to leverage best practices and insights
- Stay updated on trends, challenges, and regulatory developments in the energy sector
- Actively contribute to thought leadership by representing the organization in industry forums and sharing insights with stakeholders
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of technology products, capabilities, and implementation methodologies
- Familiarity with the energy sector, including its operational processes, challenges, and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience engaging with senior executives, particularly in the energy sector
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and customer data to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link customer needs to measurable business outcomes
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably with exposure to ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable
