Overview :
To identify potential customers, as well as retain current customers through carrying out sales activities including technical product discussions in order to achieve the agreed sales targets within sales operational plans .
Job objectives:
- Meet established annual sales targets, and schedule own activities to ensure achievement of agreed targets
- Respond to customers technical inquiries
- Ensure continuous communications with customers to identify and address their current and future needs
- Provide price quotations for the customers as their requirements
- Follow-up with customers to ensure collection of credit payments
- Ensure continuous communications with customers to identify and address their current and future needs
- Identify opportunities and advise customers on the market's offerings to increase customers loyalty to ACC
- Identify and address disputes with customers to ensure customer retention and protect ACC's market positioning
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business process, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales operations
- Previous industry knowledge
- Customer Relationship Management skills
