Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of our products and services. English proficiency is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads to assess their potential and ensure alignment with our sales strategy.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in software-specific and Real Estate, Export products or services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software, Real Estate, and Export.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
