We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist with a strong background in the Plastic and Masterbatch industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and managing the full sales cycle within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the plastic and masterbatch markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of plastic products and masterbatches to advise clients on solutions tailored to their needs.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of industry developments and identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and drive business expansion.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential leads for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales within the plastic or masterbatch industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials and masterbatch products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred: Experience working with international clients and in a B2B environment.
