Senior Scheduler Engineer ( Mechanical )

Anchor HR &Business consultancy is currently looking for ( Schedular Sr. Engineer- Mechanical ) for a very well known multinational company specialized in fertilizers.

**Purpose**

Build turnaround schedule development milestones covering baseline optimization, critical path

analysis, risk profiling, recourses leveling as well as develop pre & post TAR activities.

**Main Responsibilities**

Identify the turnaround critical path and study the opportunity to optimize.

Calculate the required resources, leveling and submit the S curve.

Schedule the Pre-TA activities & Post TA activities.

Report the turnaround work execution progress vs. the baseline plan and review the

opportunities to mitigate the delays.

Perform work schedule and work packs.

Preform Load execution milestones.

Coordinate with core team to define schedule priorities.

Level ancillary craft needs.

Preform risk profiling.

Issue final baseline schedule.

**Qualifications & Experience**

B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5-7 years of experience in the petrochemical industry (fertilizers is recommended). Must have

a working knowledge of relevant engineering codes and standards as well as being able to

demonstrate abilities.

CMMS (Maximo is recommended).

Advanced/intermediate level of Primavera P6.

Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Project.

Strong command of the English language.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
