The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for leading the SEO strategy for our organization, focusing on driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record of implementing effective SEO campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth
- Analyze website performance using analytical tools and provide actionable insights to enhance SEO initiatives
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant content that aligns with SEO best practices
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link-building strategies, to boost site authority
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketers, to ensure SEO principles are integrated throughout all digital marketing efforts

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior SEO Specialist or similar role, with a focus on driving organic traffic
- 4-6 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML is a plus
