Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Service Advisor at E11 Car Services located in Musaffah. The Senior Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer service inquiries, effective communication with customers and managing aftersales services.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in managing aftersales services
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role
