Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee on-site architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and design standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction to ensure adherence to architectural plans and quality standards.
- Manage design modifications and updates in response to site conditions and client requests, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving solutions to on-site construction teams.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, timelines, and any necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
- Provides input to the monthly progress report as directed by the Resident Engineer.
- Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and non-compliance reports, for project tracking and audit purposes.
- Ensure all on-site architectural activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
- 15+ years of experience in architectural design with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Must have high-rise experience and an Authorities experience.
- Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
