Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Site Architect & ID Engineer to lead the architectural and FF&E supervision on-site for our five-star hotel project in Jeddah. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in luxury hospitality developments, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex construction environments. The ideal candidate will ensure that our architectural vision is fully realized, meeting all quality, design, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural and interior design supervision on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs, specifications, and luxury standards.
- Lead the coordination of interior design elements, including space planning, finishes, lighting, and aesthetics to achieve a world-class guest experience.
- Manage and supervise FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) installation, ensuring all items are installed per design intent and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to deliver a world-class hospitality experience.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with the high standards expected for five-star hotel projects.
- Resolve design and construction challenges swiftly and efficiently while upholding the project's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, FF&E items, and finishing details, ensuring consistency with project expectations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage FF&E deliveries, installation schedules, and verify material and finish quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, local codes, and hospitality-specific standards.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- 15+ years of architectural and site supervision experience, with a strong portfolio in high-end hospitality or five-star hotel projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, and project management software.
- Deep knowledge of international hotel standards, luxury finishing, FF&E installation, and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
