Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:-

• -Provide overall leadership and technical guidance to the site engineering team.
• -Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• -Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• -Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• -Monitor and assess site conditions to identify potential risks and challenges.
• -Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• -Resolve technical issues and disputes that may arise during construction.
• -Prepare progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in site engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Only Republic University is a MUST
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, including large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
