We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor with experience in managing carpet, Vinyl, LVT, SPC installation, and self-leveling work for our projects.
- The candidate must have a driving license.
- Must have knowledge of soft flooring products like carpet tiles, LVT, SPC, vinyl flooring, etc.
- Must have experience in self-leveling and installation of soft flooring.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be soft-spoken and solution/result-oriented.
- Coordinate with Main Contractors/fit-out contractors to supervise and manage the projects.
- Visit project sites to check the site conditions as per our product specifications and take the measurements.
- Manage the deliveries of our products.
- Attend site meetings with clients.
- Educating site workers on installation patterns and quality of work as per customer's expectation.
- Assist in the supervision of projects, ensuring project objectives and client requirements are met.
- Arrange meetings with Main contractors/ Subcontractors as per the schedule to:
- Submit samples of products and accessories to clients as per project requirements.
- Visit sites to take measurements with product specifications, explain drawings, layouts, and patterns.
- Arrange installations with the concerned team.
- Schedule the installation of the products according to clients requirements.
- Ensure floor installations are carried out effectively and efficiently, in line with the required compliance procedures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
