The Chain Reaction team is EXPANDING, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to work with an award-winning agency! We are currently looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our Dubai office and manage local, regional, and international client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall social media strategy
- Lead and mentor the social media team, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and
business goals.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve social media efforts
- Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and agencies
- Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging trends
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Creative and social-first mindset
- Expert knowledge in social best practices
