Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, and insurance to manufacturing industries.
Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency both internally and with our clients. Currently, we are searching for a Senior Software Engineer/Architect to join the big team of professionals. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing codebase and architecture to identify performance bottlenecks.
Design and implement solutions to optimize application performance.
Collaborate with other developers to refactor and improve the efficiency of the code.
Ensure that the software adheres to best practices in coding and architecture.
Guide and mentor junior developers in performance optimization techniques.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and performance.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and performance optimization.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in software development and architecture in .NET environment.
Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
