Main Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver client sessions and present Intercom vision, value proposition, and technology.
- Handle the sales cycle, qualification, how to sell and win strategies, and engagement best practices.
- Tailor presentations to specific clients. Become a trusted advisor with delivery Solution Architects through advising on Software Solutions as well as presenting architectural visions for leveraging this technology in solutions.
- Develop pre-sales engineering content on Software Solutions for clients.
- Ensure that client organizations are kept fully informed on all relevant initiatives, activities and product developments.
- Develop strong technical executive relationships and champions clients organizations.
- Support clients in preparing RFI/RFP document.
- Own the technical proposals documentation and preparation.
- Communicate with partners the required BOQ.
- Attend partners webinars to keep up to date with products changes, roadmaps, market positioning.
Technical Qualifications:
The Senior Software PreSales Engineer plays a critical role in engaging with our clients to sell our Software Solutions (Digital solutions, Content Management and Business Workflows).
- 5+ years of experience as Software presales role.
- Technical experience Digital solutions, Content Management or Business Workflows.
- Experience in a broad range of Web Solutions and Mobile App development.
Non-Technical Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personality, business development experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to act as the technical advocate for our Partners Effective in working both independently and in a team setting Strong listening and question-based selling skills.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical documentation.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Must exhibit ability to speak in front of large audiences.
