Candidate Profile
This role requires an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant with a strong foundation in solution consulting, specifically with ServiceNow and enterprise software. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience in solution consulting or sales engineering, is proficient in English and Arabic, and has a successful track record in customer engagement across the GCC region. A deep understanding of ServiceNow, including hands-on configuration and presentation skills, is essential to drive business growth and build trusted relationships. Strong communication, consultative selling, and industry expertise are crucial to success in this role.
Job Description
As a Senior Solutions Consultant (SC) at ASC, you will be instrumental in building trusted relationships with customers and collaborating closely with internal teams. Your role supports business growth by partnering with customers, sales teams, and practice leads to demonstrate the value of ASC's ServiceNow-based solutions. You will leverage your deep knowledge of ServiceNow to provide hands-on configuration and product demonstrations, showcasing how ASC solutions can meet customer objectives.
