We are seeking a Senior Solutions Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing department-wide quality control measures, recommending new procedures/tools to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency, maintaining effective communication with top managers, directors, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touchpoints, as well as providing assistance to the Solutions Lead in the development, planning, leadership, and coordination of operational activities.
As a Senior Solutions Operations Specialist, your daily workload might include:
- Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
- Communicate and coordinate with staff members, including the executive operations team, and vendors to ensure that project goals, requirements,, and stakeholder expectations are met
- Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures
- Monitor project expenses and budgets in coordination with the finance department
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
- Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Track and report on operational performance
Requirements
Our target profile is candidates with...
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or project operation or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
- Previous experience in management consulting firms is a plus
- Proven organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in project management and managing projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and high-quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
