Overview
The Senior Specialist brand & Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies that elevate Core42's brand presence in the AI and technology space. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and technical understanding to create compelling content that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
Core42 is the UAE's national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group's expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with Core42's business objectives and brand voice.
- Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans to bring your strategies to life, defining milestones, addressing dependencies, and bringing key stakeholders along for the journey.
- Lead the development of thought leadership content, working closely with technical teams to translate complex AI concepts into accessible content.
- Develop and launch relevant brand campaigns in key markets, evolving brand image and impact
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives across all branded platform areas, managing agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate as partner marketing resource with the product marketing team, to develop co-branded content, including success stories, joint solution briefs, and marketing collateral.
- Support partner enablement through creation of partner-facing content and training materials.
- Develop content for events, trade shows, and field marketing campaigns with events team.
- Assist in developing presentation materials and speaking points for executive appearances at field events.
- Partner with HR to develop and execute employer branding strategies and campaigns.
- Create compelling internal communications content to enhance employee engagement.
- Develop content for employee advocacy programs and internal social media initiatives.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts through creation of career-focused content.
- Craft internal newsletters, maintain branded platform areas (website, Linkedin career pages) announcements, and cultural communications.
- Contribute to the design and execution of brand research initiatives to gather insights on brand perception, awareness, and positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis and brand landscape mapping in the global AI and technology sector.
Qualifications
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of creating successful content campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Experience with content modeling or working with AI content generation tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
