Job Description
Job Purpose
The HRIS Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the HR information Systems, as well as ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
Key Accountabilities
Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including configuration, maintenance, and support
Troubleshoot issues with relevant stakeholders, and resolving any technical issues related to the HR systems
Ensure system processes and functionalities compliance with organization policy and labor law
Evaluate, review and implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
Develop and maintain system documentations, including guidelines and manuals
Implement UAT in respect of modifications to the HR system in conjunction with the relevant product SMEs
Ensure data input integrity and accuracy (org. structure, position structure, employee data etc.) and perform data auditing
Create and generate systems reports and ad-hoc reports
Provide support and assistance for HR system administrators and users
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or HR Management or a related field
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Critical thinking skills
Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience:
Overall experience +4 years
+3 years in the HRIS/HRMS field
Functional Competencies:
SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP and/or RCM
Project management
