The Opportunity
The Senior Specialist - Human Capital will participate in initiatives involving organizational design, employee relations, and business partnering. This dynamic role is critical in ensuring Presight aligns its strategic human capital ambitions with its rapid growth and unique culture and will involve closely coordinating with and supporting our Human Capital Business Partners and Senior Manager - Culture & Employee Experience.

Organizational Design:
Support in the formulation of policies and processes that champion the Presight Vision.
Utilize Presight's Human Capital tools, engaging with divisions to ensure widespread adoption.
Employee Relations:
Aid in pinpointing Employee Relations challenges and propose solutions, always in tandem with the Human Capital Business Partners.
Translate updates in Human Capital policies to respective Business Units.
Liaise diligently with the broader Human Capital team to ensure alignment of tools and policies.
Share and implement best practices within the Human Capital function.
Business Partnering:
Extend support to Business Unit Managers.
Collaborate on employee engagement activities within designated business units.
Facilitate seamless integration of new team members into Presight.
Strive for a unified approach within Presight in terms of talent management.
Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the efficacy of tools and strategies, always looking for opportunities for refinement.
Offer specialized insights across a spectrum of Human Capital topics.
Team up with Human Capital Business Partners to aid in senior manager capability enhancement.
Stay abreast with cutting-edge trends in the Human Capital domain.
Contribute to the planning frameworks addressing continuous change, considering various dynamics like risk, potential outcomes, and mitigation plans.
Represent Presight's Human Capital wing when required, being its voice both internally and externally.Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Capital or related role, preferably with exposure to a dynamic corporate setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by an innate ability to adapt to various situations and teams.
Ability to handle confidential infromation with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Arabic Speaking - Mandatory, UAE Nationals preferred as part of the Emiritization program.
