JOB SUMMARY
Support employees unleash their career aspirations and growth opportunities within TAWAL through implementing various development programs
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Contribute in formulating talent management and development strategy.
- Handle strategic organization wide projects focused on the development of high potentials and young leaders for TAWAL.
- Handle the implementations of the Training programs/platforms that effectively caters to the employees growth and development
- Design individual development plan for all key potential employees across TAWAL to help employees realize their future growth plans and support their development to achieve the company's business priorities.
- Assess the organizational needs in terms of development as part of the training needs analysis activities.
- Provide guidance to the employees by responding to their concerns or queries around their development in TAWAL.
- Research learning & development trends and best practices in the market or industry and provide recommendations on innovative programs
- Collaborate with the external vendors and consultants to design tailored programs for the development of high potential employees
- Manage the non-po automation process and liaise with Finance to facilitate the payment process to ensure all vendors invoices are paid on time
- Manage TAWAL e-learning portals and their activities such as LinkedIn, knowbe4 and Pearson
- Approach the market and search for courses and programs to meet TAWAL's employees needs
- Draft scope of works for learning and development activities
- Ensure training, learning and development needs are accounted for by managing the training needs and allocate budgets/resources
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet Section/Department objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
