Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible of Supplier performance management system and supplier feedback system.
  • Responsible of suppliers procurement complain.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Monitoring supplier Data quality and Supplier Segmentation(Tiering).
  • Accountable of SRM Department reporting and procurement analysis.
  • Sourcing and market intelligence.
  • Monitoring SRM initiative and sections performance.
  • Responsible of legal ,Audit , compliance as focal point
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent level of education

Management Information Systems / Decision Support Systems certification, or specific education on Risk Management and Legal & regulatory compliance systems would be an advantage.

Minimum Experience:

3+ years of experience in supply chain management or in operational tasks in direct contact with suppliers, operating auditing, approval and registration systems to evaluate suppliers, ideally in industrial or technical environments

Basic knowledge in the Mining & Metals industry operations and supplier's landscape.

Skills:

  • Personal computer and business solutions software skills, beyond the basic MS Office applications, being familiar with ERP systems, ideally in environments related to registration, documentation and compliance.
  • Interpersonal skills for interacting with materials and services providers (in the understanding of their profiles, in collecting certifications, financial and safety reports and other documentation and in the use of vendors IT interfaces in the exchange of information).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Good presentation skills to present topics related to Supplier Administration requests, policies and procedures.
  • Good writing skills when dealing with colleagues within the SC&P function, Ma'aden Employees, suppliers and other external stakeholders
