Senior Specialist, T&I Delivery Management

The Role
The Senior Specialist, T&I Delivery Management, will be responsible for assisting with financial tasks within the accounting department. Involves handling financial records, processing transactions, reconciliations, reports and providing support to other members of the accounting team.
The Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of transformation and integration projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate project planning and execution across cross-functional teams, including developing timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address project needs, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the organization's adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Conduct project risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Track project performance, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, recommending innovations to advance company goals.
- Lead the integration of digital tools, such as data analytics and automation, to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits as required, ensuring transparency and adherence to project delivery standards.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and duties as required by the project management team.
The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 5 years in Project Management (mining, manufacturing, or construction industry preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge in Project Management (PMP certification preferred), Technology, R&D, and Innovation processes
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on prioritization and action orientation
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional, strongly matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
