Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance store operations and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand, plan stock levels, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards regarding health and safety, merchandising, and customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and attract new customers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to meet customer demand and avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with the store manager to set sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Qualifications for Senior Supervisor Retail position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role, ideally with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems.
